4. Social networking sites: A site where marketers can communicate with one another and share there ideas, business strategies, blogs, etc. with other like-minded people. These may include games and web applications.
Now, having a website can be beneficial in so many ways is beyond our thinking. Having a website have certain advantages.

1. Better form of advertising: It is a better form of advertising than the print media advertising. This is because it is relatively cheap and it can reach to wide variety of people and also strangers across the web. Your product is expanded more broadly.

2. Market gets bigger: Your products having access to all the people on web expands your market place also. It gives more business opportunities, and helps the visitors to become your customers.

3. Revenue generator: Your website is mainly dealt with your products and your business plans. But a website can be used to generate extra revenue by providing spaces for other people’s advertisements.

4. Very convenient: Websites are very convenient form of market places and it makes people easy to access all the products. Online shopping is very cheap and comfortable. The potential customer can visit your website whenever they like in their own privacy and comfort, without the stresses and distractions that exist in the real world. Your website is a self-service medium   for example, instead of having to wait in a long cue to pay your TV License; you can now do it electronically through the TV License website.
